Initial Development

Salty.IO was developed by Othernet Global PTE LTD (a Singapore private company created by U.S.-based Daniel Cota).

The project is a result of Daniel spending 10-16 hours daily over a single year and using GPT3.5 and GPT4 as a continual sounding board for his protocol ideas.

While the contracts were written and designed by Daniel himself, AI was used to review the contracts pre-audit and also to help brainstorm about half of the more than 400 unit tests.

AI will continue to take a role in the project moving forward, being trained on the Salty.IO user and technical documentation and being available 24/7 for user questions via chat in the Discord server.
